About Me and My Therapy Style
I am passionate in helping clients rebuild trust in themselves, their bodies, and their relationships.
Sessions offer a confidential and nurturing space to explore patterns, heal from the past, and cultivate deeper emotional and physical intimacy.
Clients are warmly welcomed. From all walks of life, embracing diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and relationship structures.
Additionally, my practice is an inclusive space. Where each person’s story, values, and lived experience are honoured without judgment.
Qualifications
I hold a Master of Counselling and a Graduate Certificate in Counselling. As well as bring a Bachelor of Business from my earlier corporate career. Both deepen my understanding of interpersonal and organisational dynamics.
Additionally, I am certified in Integrative Sex and Relationship Therapist. As well as Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based. I draw from Person-Centred, Attachment, Imago, and Emotionally Focused (EFT) frameworks to support authentic connection and lasting growth.
